Local firm saves money for Beaver Creek hotel

BEAVER CREEK — A recent energy audit and subsequent improvements to Chateau Beaver Creek by Impact Energy will save the hotel more than $57,000 per year on energy bills and operating costs, a 75 percent reduction in electrical consumption. An audit evaluates lighting efficiency, design and controls, and then provides recommendations for short-term and long-term improvements.
