Members of the Vail Chamber and Business Association can participate in the Merchant Pass program. If you are not a member, learn about Membership Here.

Get your Merchant Pass-  Registration Form

1. Be a VCBA Member in Good Standing
2. Pay VCBA Dues: Membership Benefits
   MEMBERSHIP – $650
   HOME BUSINESS/NONPROFIT – $325
3. Complete the Merchant Pass Registration Form and Include the name/email of the person who will be attending the 2 qualifying events.  WINTER UPDATE NOV 10TH, 2022 8:30-10:30AM- RSVP HERE OR PRIMAVAIL EVENTS
4. The merchant/business owner can visit the ticket office, and purchase merchant passes with a company credit card/check.
5. Go to the Gold Peak Ticket office to get your Merchant Ski Pass. Call (970) SKI-VAIL (754-8245) Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. If you have questions.

2022-2023 Season

Epic Merchant Pass will be offered for $841

• Epic Merchant Pass: $841/pass
  • Unlimited access (holiday restrictions apply) at Vail, Beaver Creek, Whistler Blackcomb, Park City, Heavenly, Northstar, Kirkwood and Stowe.

    Restriction dates at: Vail, Beaver Creek, Whistler Blackcomb, Stowe, Park City, Heavenly, Northstar and Kirkwood are: November 25 – 26, December 26-31, January 14 and February 18-19

  • No restrictions at: Breckenridge, Keystone, Wilmot, Afton Alps, Mt. Brighton, Okemo, Mount Sunapee, Crested Butte, Stevens Pass, Mount Snow, Attitash, Wildcat, Crotched, Hunter, Roundtop, Liberty, Whitetail, Big Boulder, Jack Frost, Alpine Valley, Boston Mills, Brandywine, Mad River, Hidden Valley, Paoli Peak and Snow Creek.

    DISCOUNTED LIFT TICKETS – 6 Ski with a Friend Tickets

    Merchant Passholder should purchase online through their account on epicpass.com and pick it up via the lift ticket office. Merchant pass holder needs to be present upon pick up. The merchant pass holder may use discount tickets when the pass is restricted.

    Valid time periods: November 27 – December 16, 2022, or January 15 – February 28, 2023

    Valid for Ski or Snowboard Class Lesson, upon availability. Valid for all Ski and Snowboard levels. Meet at the Adult Ski & Snowboard School in Lionshead or Beaver Creek 45 minutes prior to class to register. Please call for more information and lesson start times.

Additional Merchant Pass Benefits

The Merchant Ski Pass is a powerful hiring & employee retention tool for local businesses. It not only allows businesses to provide their employees with ski passes valid at over 35 mountain resorts in North America but also allows the business to retain ownership of the pass. The pass may be transferred to another employee for a $110 transfer fee if the employee leaves. Limit one transfer per pass.

• Six buddy lift tickets provide the option to purchase a ticket to ski and ride during restricted periods. The buddy tickets also may be used for friends and family all season.

• Six ski-with-a-friend tickets offer up to six days of unrestricted skiing or snowboarding for family or friends at a discounted rate that varies by date. Tickets will be electronically loaded onto the Merchant Pass and can be redeemed at any ticket window.

Payment does not need to be made by the merchant pass holder; a friend or family may pay for the ticket. Coupons belong to the pass holder, who must be present to redeem them.
