VAIL — Bringing music to the practice of yoga encourages expression and movement while brightening the experience. On Wednesday, from 6 to 8 p.m., Vail Vitality Center yoga director Julia Clarke leads a fluid two-hour vinyasa yoga flow accompanied by international musician Kevin Paris. Clarke says the class will be a meditative vinyasa experience opening practitioners up for fluid backbends, which are like “a healing balm for the heart in the heat of summer,” she said.
