*PrimaVail and the Mountain Hospitality Ambassador program– A Mountain Hospitality Ambassador pledges to provide premier customer service and must attend PrimaVail classes. These classes and discounts help motivate and educate our employees to become Vail Ambassadors and deliver top customer service.
As members, your employees can attend the PrimaVail classes for free, and your company can provide a special for Ambassadors, further promoting your business. SIGN UP FOR THE PRIMAVAIL CLASSES
When our PrimaVail classes are unavailable, any member business can schedule private training classes. All employees that attend receive their Ambassador cards.
Building upon foundational work developed by the VCBA as well as guest service training philosophies and programming unique to the Town of Vail and Vail Mountain, PrimaVail offers a comprehensive, multi-day curriculum focusing on interactive tips and techniques related to Vail-specific guest interactions, followed by opportunities to learn about Vail’s history, peer-to-peer networking, village tours, employee engagement activities, as well as service recognition awards and an end-of-season hospitality certification – all designed to empower employees and elevate the guest experience.

You have our commitment: We make it a priority to represent the business community at all community meetings, Town Council, Vail Local Marketing District Advisory Council, Vail Economic Advisory Council, Commission on Special Events, Parking & Transit Advisory Committee, Eagle County Public Health, State of Colorado entities: secretary of state, economic councils, public health, tourism etc. As well as the Small Business Administration and the Northwest Council of Governments, local representatives like Joe Neguse and other relevant business groups. During the onset of Covid-19, we worked with the Town of Vail on funding efforts, safety protocols, and special programs to help protect the business community!
Signature Events: We assist local and state-wide businesses and host events and educational forums. The VCBA regularly collaborates with companies and non-profit organizations to enhance the Vail community through education and charity. An example is the BB&B Golf Tournament with the Vail Recreation District.
Restaurant Week: This event features a wide variety of specials, starting at $20.21 and showcasing the incredible and diverse culinary offerings available throughout the Vail and Beaver Creek Villages.
