EAGLE COUNTY — The Vail Valley is known for its high-priced real estate. But the real action is at the lower end of the market.The local real estate market had a particularly active month in May. That’s according to data provided by Land Title Guarantee Company, which uses sales data recorded at the Eagle County Clerk & Recorder’s Office. As is usually the case, sales in Eagle and Gypsum made up a good portion of May’s transactions — 37 percent of all sales.The units moving most rapidly are those priced at $500,000 or less, and that movement can be quick.Ellen …
