VAIL — The Town of Vail is seeking community members to fill vacancies on three citizen boards. Openings exist on the Planning and Environmental Commission, Design Review Board and Art in Public Places Board. Applications for the planning and design review vacancies are due to the town by 5 p.m. Monday, Feb. 22, while vacancies for the art board openings are due at 5 p.m. Friday, March 4.
