Kansas-based group buys Gypsum parcel

GYPSUM — A 72-acre parcel of land located adjacent to the Eagle County Regional Airport in Gypsum that has long been eyed for commercial development has been sold to a Kansas-based group.Rocky Mountain Commercial Brokers, a Western Slope network of independent commercial real estate brokers, has announced the sale of the 72-acre commercial site in Gypsum, known as the Lehman Parcel. The tract is located along U.S. Highway 6, and the purchase price was undisclosed but in the multimillion dollar category. The buyer was Day3, an investment group out of Overland Park, Kansas.
