EAGLE COUNTY — Robert Purdy still hasn’t had time to catch his breath.Purdy is the general manager of the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek. The hotel at the base of the Beaver Creek ski area saw a lot of business over the two weeks of the 2015 FIS Alpine World Ski Championships. That bustle continued through the week after the Championships, thanks to the Presidents Day holiday, a weeklong school break for many families.The Park Hyatt won’t get much of a break going into March, either.
