VAIL — Ski & Snowboard Club Vail announced this week that it has received town of Vail approvals to build a new 28,000-square-foot clubhouse. In addition, the building will have 10,000 square feet of residential space as its third and fourth floors. That residential space will become one penthouse or two condominiums, the sale of which will provide the funding for the project. Also, the sale will allow for the formation of an endowment fund that will provide scholarships for deserving Ski and Snowboard Club Vail athletes.
