EAGLE COUNTY — The Eagle County school district wraps up a series of community meetings Tuesday as it tries to figure out how to catch up with a years-long backlog of building maintenance.The school district is creating a facility master plan to address the physical condition and lifespan of existing buildings, identify and prioritize space needs and potential building improvements.The plan also will also forecast what new schools and facilities might be needed in the future, said Sandra Mutchler, the school district’s chief financial officer who’s coordinating the effort.Community meetings The schedule of Tuesday’s event at Eagle Valley High School …
