This story will be updatedAVON — Vail Valley Foundation CEO Ceil Folz announced today she’s stepping down as head of the Vail Valley Foundation. Her last day is set for Oct. 9. Folz has spent 25 years with the Foundation in several different roles, and is one of this year’s inductees into the Colorado Ski & Snowboard Hall of Fame. A statement from the Foundation reads, in part: “Under Folz’s leadership, the (Foundation) achieved some of its greatest milestones in the organization’s 35-year history, including the 2015 Alpine World Ski Championships.
