EAGLE COUNTY — A combination of low rates, high-end sales and, in places, short times on the market is driving an active local real estate market. But we’re still a long way from anything resembling a boom. The latest data from Land Title Guarantee Co., which tracks data from completed sales in the county, shows a market that continues to gradually gather strength.
