Take on the final Dunk-N-Dash — The last Dunk-N-Dash Duathlon of the summer will be held today at Nottingham Lake starting at 5 p.m. Swimmers in the Dunk-N-Dash can opt to make one or two 800-yard laps around the Nottingham Lake, and the 5K run starts and finishes at the lake’s pump-house.
