VAIL — For four years, a beautiful trail hike and gourmet food have combined to create a distinct fundraising event known as Trek to Table on Beaver Creek Mountain. Now in its fifth year, the Trek to Table concept is the same, but the location and length of the hike are different, as the event moves to Vail Mountain Sunday, July 31.
