MULLEN — Battle Mountain track and field sent some of its athletes to the Mullen Runners Roost Invitational for a mid-season test on Saturday and came away with some good results.Kate Pittel placed in four events — both sets of hurdles, the pole vault and as a part of the 1,600-meter relay.
