AVON — A frozen pipe burst late Wednesday night at the Seasons building in Avon, creating flood damage and electrical outages for many of the units on the west wing on the second, third and fourth floors.There are 36 units in the wing, and 22 of them were evacuated at about 10 p.m. on Wednesday and accommodations were made for those displaced from their homes, said Tracy LeClair, of the Eagle River Fire Protection District.By about 1 a.m. Thursday, all those displaced were set up at either the Seasons, Christie Lodge, Comfort Inn or their own place to stay with …
