EAGLE — It’s been more than two weeks since members of the Eagle Town Board suspended town manager Jon Stavney, but the group hasn’t yet finalized a severance agreement or announced a long-term plan to find a replacement.As of this week, Stavney’s status remains “suspended with full pay and benefits.” The town board made the announcement Nov. 16, and to date has not provided any details regarding the decision.
