EAGLE COUNTY — A record-setting summer in the area’s lodging industry isn’t yet carrying over to winter bookings.A recent report from Destimetrics, a Denver-based consulting and analysis firm, shows a slight dip in winter bookings reported as of Sept. 30. That dip is just 1.1 percent from the same booking period in 2014.
