EAGLE — Prosecutors say a Gypsum man was driving under the influence and caused a fatal crash.Anthony Eugene Chase, 47, of Gypsum, is being charged with vehicular homicide and DUI in the July 23 crash that killed 29 year-old Sergio Ordonez-Morales.Chase is also charged with reckless driving and tampering with evidence. He was officially charged Friday in Eagle County court.According to Eagle County Sheriff’s Office reports, Chase was allegedly driving a Mack concrete pumper truck westbound on Highway 6 between Edwards and Eagle.At 5:21 p.m. he allegedly crossed the centerline and collided with the white Chevy van Ordonez-Morales was driving.Ordonez-Morales …
