BASALT — Much better.Vail Mountain School soccer busted open a tight 1-0 game, scoring four second-half goals to give the Gore Rangers a 5-0 nonconference win at Basalt on Tuesday.“It was really good for the boys,” VMS coach Pete Petrovski said. “They kept their composure in the second half, got four of five chances and were able to convert on them.”VMS reorganized the back, starting with sophomore Hunter Meier in goal.
