EAGLE COUNTY — Edwards (boosted by Vail); Glenwood Springs, with help from its wealthy upvalley neighbors; and Breckenridge are among the 10 richest small towns in America, according to a new Bloomberg Business analysis. Edwards was ranked second, with Breckenridge fifth and Glenwood seventh. Steamboat Springs was ninth and Durango was 16th.
