Chefs in the Garden features Bol

Betty Ford Alpine Gardens continues the popular cooking demonstrations, Chefs in the Gardens, on Thursday from noon to 1 p.m. with Chef Julian Smith from Bol. Smith will explain how to prepare and serve octopus, summer pea soup and a pickled apple crab salad. The cost of the demonstration is $5 and includes a sample of the dishes.
