SWEETWATER — Firefighters contained a wildland fire that broke out Friday afternoon in northwest Eagle County.At about 1:15 p.m., Vail dispatch received a report of a wildland fire on Sweetwater Road.The caller said that they had lost control of their agricultural burn when it became wind driven and moved into a grass area.The Eagle County Sheriff’s Office, Gypsum Fire Protection District, Greater Eagle Fire Protection District, Eagle River Fire Protection District and the Vail Fire Protection District responded, and the fire was contained. …
