This year Vail and Edwards Rotary Clubs are sponsoring three Rotary Exchange students who are studying in different countries: Andrea Arroyo in Austria, Sierra Trygg in Chile and Emily Duncan in Thailand. These students live with host families and attend high schools where they study in the local language. Both Rotary clubs are also hosting an exchange student from Italy — Hismael “Scooter” Pinkerton — who is attending Battle Mountain High School, and also will be hosting Julia Pinho from Brazil starting in January.
