Started by Ron Riley and was named after his father, Russell. Russell’s opened its doors in November of 1989. Russell’s started after the Ore House moved to the Gorsuch building. You can see some old pictures before Russell’s started to the right. Vail was a different place back in 1989, where the Bridge Street Shuffle was a way of life.
