EAGLE COUNTY — Eagle County is welcoming Jacci McKenna as its new director of human resources. She will begin her position Monday. McKenna comes to the county from Kaiser Permanente, Colorado Region in Denver, where she served as senior director of human resources. Prior to that, she was the chief human resource officer for the Adams County School District in Commerce City and the director of employment services for the University of Colorado in Boulder.
