We are updating the local Vail business community with event outlooks and estimations of attendance so our businesses can plan and staff for busy weekends.
PLEASE NOTE: that many of the numbers below are still based on some event restrictions per public health orders. These are not hard numbers and businesses should be aware that the number of guests in town for these events could be less, or well exceed the estimations below.
Recent data released by the TOV from last summer showed the average visitation on a busy event weekend in Vail was 10, 000 – 15,000 visitors per day.
