Robin McMillan, convicted last year of embezzling more than $440,000 from the Garfield County Clerk and Recorder’s Office, hid money to keep it from being garnished for restitution, District Attorney Sherry Caloia announced Sunday.The DA added that McMillan had help in concealing the money but didn’t name her helper or helpers.
