GYPSUM — According to the latest economic report from the Vail Valley Partnership, things are looking good in the town of Gypsum.Gypsum Mayor Steve Carver agrees with that sentiment.“Thins are looking up here. They are looking good in the town of Gypsum,” said Carver.
