Vail police arrest Greyhound bus passenger

VAIL — A 26-year-old man was in police custody Thursday evening after allegedly attacking the driver of a Greyhound bus while the vehicle was traveling eastbound on Interstate 70 through Vail. The incident occurred at approximately 12:30 p.m. Thursday at mile marker 173.According to witness reports, one of the 45 passengers on the bus, identified as Ro Tin, a Burmese citizen en route to Michigan, reportedly approached the driver of the Denver-bound bus by climbing underneath the plastic partition that divides the driver from the passenger compartment of the bus, police said.
