EAGLE-VAIL — This neighborhood elected two new members to its metropolitan district board and returned an appointed incumbent, who received the most votes of any of the eight candidates running.Voters elected Chuck Toms, who had been appointed to fill a board vacancy, and David Warner to four-year terms.
