AVON — Cover Rock Festival on Thursday confirmed that former Grateful Dead member and Rock & Roll Hall of Famer Tom Constanten would perform with Colorado’s own Shakedown Street, along with Dave Herbert, lead guitar and vocals in JGB, in celebration of Shakedown Street’s 30th anniversary.
