EAGLE — The final numbers are in and 2015 was definitely a good sales tax year in Eagle.Last year Eagle collected $3,336,796 in sales tax — a 12.4 percent gain. That’s the first double-digit increase in almost a decade and it marks an important threshold — Eagle’s sales tax collections have finally exceeded pre-Great Recession levels.Since 2008, the town saw some double-digit movement in sales tax revenues, but the movement was downward, not upward.
