EAGLE-VAIL — Part of this neighborhood’s leadership could change this month.Three of the five seats are up for election on the Eagle-Vail Property Owners Association board of directors. Ballots have been mailed to property owners and are due at the Eagle-Vail administrative offices no later than 5 p.m. Friday. The results of the election will be revealed at the association’s annual meeting, to be held Feb. 18 at the Eagle-Vail Pavilion.
