VAIL — The three winning tickets for the $1.5 billion Powerball jackpot were not in Colorado, but one ticket sold at City Market in Vail gave someone a $50,000 payday.Vail’s City Market itself will receive a $2,000 commission bonus for selling the ticket.Lines have been long at retailers around the county recently as those in the high country tested their luck.
