EDWARDS — Eagle Valley girls basketball did not start slowly against Steamboat Springs on Tuesday night in Gypsum.The Devils needed all of the first 3:02 to jump out to a 17-2 lead, avoiding the team’s tendency for slow starts, in a 62-42 win over the Sailors.“Definitely, I really enjoyed our start,” Devils coach Sam Bartlett said. ”I’m still disappointed with our fourth quarter. We have yet to play four quarters.
