STEAMBOAT SPRINGS — Wow, this winning thing is kind of cool.Eagle Valley boys basketball is on a good kind of streak now with its second win in a row up at the Steamboat Shoot Out Tournament. The Devils took out Elizabeth, 76-53, on Friday.“Most of what worked was the transition game,” Devils coach Chris Walls said. “We were able to push the ball. Our focus continues on improving.”And that is yielding results so far. Friday night’s game was over at the half with Eagle Valley leading Elizabeth, 42-20.Arturo Loera led the Devils with 20 points, while Jimmy Murphy had 15. …
