EAGLE COUNTY — Tuesday’s Eagle County Gives Day — and its statewide parent, Colorado Gives Day — was a big success, and not just financially.The preliminary numbers are impressive: $778,000 raised in one day of online giving, a $6,000 increase over 2014. That money will benefit 42 county-based nonprofits. Donations were made to individual groups, but those groups will also get a share from state and local incentive funds.The money is helpful.
