VAIL — In honor of America Recycles Day, the Town of Vail will be accepting alkaline batteries to be recycled for free this week. Batteries may be dropped off at the Community Development Department offices, 75 S. Frontage Road, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, Nov. 16 through Friday, Nov. 20. To assist with processing, please attach clear tape to the ends of each battery. Looking for other opportunities for hard to recycle items around the valley?
