MINTURN — The Minturn Community Fund, local band Min’urn Express and the Minturn Saloon are teaming up again for their annual Halloween costume party and fundraiser at the Minturn Saloon. The event is set for Oct. 31.For the better part of 15 years the Min’urn Express has rocked the house for what has become the best Halloween party in the valley. The Minturn Saloon turns the dining room into a dance hall for the evening, so wear some dancing shoes with your costume.
