VAIL — Winter sports such as skiing, snowboarding and snowshoeing are high-intensity activities that demand a certain level of advance preparation to avoid injury and minimize muscle soreness and fatigue. Starting on Monday, Aria Athletic Club will launch its 28th annual Ski & Snowboard Conditioning program. The program is a six-week progressive fitness series that incorporates plyometrics, agility, leg and core strengthening with dynamic stability exercises to tone and prepare the body for outdoor winter fitness.The program offers four different enrollment options, including full program, morning sessions, evening sessions or single drop-in sessions, and it’s open to members and nonmembers. …
