VAIL — The Vail Town Council at its Sept. 15 meeting will review the first reading of an ordinance that would establish time periods for use of decorative outdoor lights. The item is listed fifth on the agenda, and the meeting begins at 6 p.m. in the Vail Town Council Chambers.
