VAIL — Across Colorado, various ski resorts are investing in infrastructure and amenities for guests — on and off the slopes — that will be debuted in the coming ski season.The improvements range from major investments in new chairlifts and terrain enhancements to additions to on-mountain dining and culinary offerings.
