VAIL — Betty Ford Alpine Gardens presents Chefs in the Gardens, featuring Elway’s Culinary Director Tyler Wiard along with the restaurant’s sous chef Adam Brown, beginning at noon on Thursday. The cost is $5 per person and includes a sample of the meal. The two master chefs will demonstrate how to prepare local heirloom tomatoes with fresh mozzarella and drizzled in a reduced balsamic vinegar served with a beef tenderloin.
