Eagle sees small increase in building permits for 2015

EAGLE — Eagle has issued 13 building permits for new residential and commercial structures so far in 2015.That’s a far cry from the frantic building pace the town saw prior to the Great Recession, but it does represent an uptick in building activity in the community.To date, Eagle has issued eight new single family home permits for a total new valuation of $3.2 million. Additionally the town has issued one multi-family unit for a fourplex and one commercial building permit.
