VAIL — All the way from the hills of North Carolina, Vail Bluegrass welcomes the two-time Grammy Award winners, the Steep Canyon Rangers, who take the Vail stage Wednesday. Opening duties will be provided by Hardscrabble of Vail. The Vail Summer Bluegrass Series is scheduled to take place at the Arrabelle at Vail Square at 6 p.m., rain or shine.
