EAGLE — An Edwards man died when a concrete pumping truck crossed into the oncoming lane of Highway 6, and collided head-on with the van he was driving.Sergio Armando Ordonez Morales, 29, died of multiple injuries he suffered in an accident late last Thursday afternoon.About 5:21 p.m., Anthony Chase, 47, was driving a 1991 Mack concrete pumping truck, headed west on Highway 6 between Eagle and Wolcott, according to a report from the Colorado State Patrol.Chase drifted into the eastbound lane, across a double yellow line and into Morales’ path.
