BEAVER CREEK — Born-and-bred Coloradan, artist Carrie Fell, sums up the nature of cowboys — “Everything they owned they needed and everything they needed they wore.”That independent character is the heart of Fell’s latest summer collection of paintings, “B-COOL”. “If people are going to enjoy my work,” the artist said, “It needs to be more than just pretty colors on a canvas.
