EAGLE — The western route in and out of Eagle is set to change Friday.On Friday, traffic along U.S. Highway 6 west of Eagle will shift over to the temporary lanes built specifically to handle motorists while the existing Depression era bridge over Brush Creek is replaced. A temporary bridge structure has also been placed at the site.“The last two months of construction have been all preparation of the detour,” said Bob Yost, Colorado Department of Transportation project engineer.
