EDWARDS — Three years ago, The Bookworm of Edwards launched a children’s writing contest. Each year, they publish the winning stories in a book titled “Ungoverned Children.” The title is based off a famous quote by Mark Twain:“The irritating thing about ungoverned children is that they often make as orderly and valuable men and women as do the other kind.”Nicole Magistro, owner of The Bookworm of Edwards, calls it “the coolest thing we do all year.” The contest was open to children in grades 3-12.
